Two different training patterns converged at low altitude

The Piper PA-28-181 N2868H and Robinson R22 N412TL were operating around Chandler Municipal Airport on October 1, 2021. The helicopter was using a tighter, lower pattern associated with a parallel taxiway while the airplane was working the runway pattern. Their paths converged at low altitude.
