Moments after takeoff, the crew discovered a critical issue: the landing gear had malfunctioned. With professionalism and calm under pressure, the pilots made the decision to circle the airport, burning fuel and troubleshooting the issue while preparing for an emergency landing. At 2:20 PM, nearly 40 minutes after departure, they brought the aircraft down for a gear-up landing—belly to the runway.
The impact caused only minor damage to the aircraft, and remarkably, no injuries were reported. Emergency crews quickly responded, and after 45 minutes, the runway was cleared and airport operations resumed.
